I am a forever learner with a deep passion for helping others uncover their true potential including mind, body, and spirit. My journey in holistic living began with a simple belief that the body has an incredible ability to heal itself when we provide the right conditions. This philosophy guides everything I do, from the way I live my daily life to the way I support others on their wellness paths.

My approach centers on whole-body nourishment, positive self-talk, healthy daily habits, and a strong connection to the gut-brain-heart axis. I’m fascinated by how the smallest choices—our food, our thoughts, and our routines shape our long-term wellness. Nutrition, herbs, aromatherapy, and stress-reduction practices are at the core of my lifestyle and the foundation of the guidance I share.

Out of frustration with the lack of truly clean, trustworthy products on the market, I began creating my own. This hands-on approach deepened my desire to be more self-sustainable and further fueled my passion for working with nature’s tools to support optimal health.

To strengthen my ability to serve others, I completed focused training in Advanced Applied Holistic Nutrition, studying functional nutrition, nutrition biochemistry, integrative anatomy and physiology, and evidence-informed wellness protocols for optimal wellness. My studies also included wellness coaching and entrepreneurial skills for wellness professionals, helping me bring together holistic nutrition research with practical, real-world coaching strategies.

In addition to this foundation, I hold micro-credentials in Aromatherapy Safety and Functional Blood Chemistry Analyst (FBCA), specialized skills that allow me to take a more thoughtful, informed, and science-aware approach to holistic lifestyle planning.

Today, I use this integrative knowledge to empower others through personalized, sustainable wellness practices rooted in holistic nutrition theory, science, and supportive habits. My mission is to guide individuals toward balance, resilience, and vibrant health, one mindful, nourishing step at a time.
