The Nourished Program.
A five-week wellness and devotional program of food, fitness, and the fruit of the spirit. Each week, we will focus on the growth in your understanding of the fruits of the spirit, and connect your spiritual and physical health in a way that glorifies God. We will set weekly goals focusing on devotion, nutrition plan, and an exercise program which focuses on your overall health and well-being. This can be done independently or with a group.
